Yoga Coach

Yoga Coaching provides an individually designed programme to meet your personal requirments. Whether you have a specific physical ailment, for example:

  • Back pain
  • Anxiety/Panic attacks
  • Conception, Pregnancy or Birth recovery
  • Insomnia
  • Digestive complaints
  • Headaches/migranes
  • High Blood Pressure

Or you simply want to reduce stress or have a desire to deepen a spiritual aspect of your life. Yoga Coaching is for you.

The information collected in an initial consultation is used to design a programme to suit you. This is taught to you on a 1-to-1 basis and the rest is under your control.....

  • Weekly hour or half hour sessions
  • Monthly top ups
  • Phone support for any queries
  • Change of programme as your abilities deepen
  • New direction

It is quite simply up to you!

Session can be arranged in the comfort of your home for individuals or couples (space allowing) or we can offer serssions at Esporta Wolverhampton for members. You will be provided with a Free and detailed copy of your programme with diagrams of postures to aid your personal practice. In addition you will recieve a guided deep relaxation CD for home use.
