WELCOME TO MumYoga


MumYoga is here to provide classes and products to impart the benefits of Yoga to expectant mothers, parents and babies, children and adults. Founder, Naomi Waters BSc, has worked in the field of Yoga and Health for the past 18 years. Her own practice through pregnancy and with her two children has lead to the development of ‘MumYoga'. Qualified as a Dru Yoga therapist, Sivananda Yoga teacher, Yogic Meditation instructor, Private Yoga Coach, Baby Yoga, Toddler Yoga ,YogaBugs and Yoga'd Up teacher, also qualified as a Holistic therapist and counsellor Naomi offers classes and 1-to-1 sessions across the West Midlands. The ethos of MumYoga is to provide access to the endless benefits of Yoga and holistic principles; physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually from conception into adulthood. To nurture the innate qualities of health and well being from the beginning of life.



MumYoga IN SCHOOLS

The benefits of Yoga for children are endless (see YogaBugs & Yoga'd Up pages) and introducing Yoga to the school day reaps many benefits for both children and staff. Yoga sessions can be included as part of the extended hours activities, as a P.P.A (non-contact time) activity, a P.E. class or an early attendance incentive. It's the best way to start the day!
