Once babies become mobile, crawling and toddling, parents and carers
can join in with the fun. Yoga movements, games and relaxation
techniques form a half hour class designed to continue building
strength, balance, co-ordination and imagination as the children
grow. Yoga
postures are inspired by nature, so all toddlers love to learn the
animals and their yoga postures. Being snakes, dogs, cats, etc
allows this beneficial exercise to be fun. Parents
and carers will also benefit from the posture work as well as
learning fun yoga techniques that can be practiced at home. Often
the most valueable part of the class is learning to relax with your
usually active toddler. Breathing and relaxation techniques enable
you both to find a moments peace in the middle of the day! For
